AuburnLiveOn3’s Jeffrey Lee, Justin Hokanson, Keith Niebuhr, fan correspondent/insider “Jhead” and producer Zach McKinnell answered questions and calls from Auburn fans Sunday night.

We went in-depth with callers on several topics, including the latest on Auburn’s search for a new head coach, plus our thoughts on Carnell Williams’ status with the Tigers moving forward, whether we think he should be retained or not, and also discuss a potential announcement timeline for the new coach.

It was a great show! Don’t fret if you missed it. You can catch the replay below.

PREVIOUS COACHING HOT BOARD

— Auburn Live remains consistent that this is Lane Kiffin’s job to officially accept or turn down at this point

— No official offer has been made, but an official offer isn’t going to be made unless it’s ready to be accepted; there’s no question numbers, terms, etc. have been discussed with Jimmy Sexton and Kiffin

— Kiffin addressed talk around the Auburn job after Ole Miss’ loss at Arkansas on Saturday night. This is from a national On3 news report:

“I’m very happy here…Very happy here and appreciative of the leadership here. I love being here. There’s a lot of people coming back (next year), a lot of good guys coming back. Very excited about the future…

“Like I said, I love being here. I mean, I don’t want to look to next year already with a regular season game (remaining), but this is not one of those years where you say we’re gonna lose all these guys. There’s a lot of people coming back and a lot of new guys offensively, especially. So, very excited about the future.

“I don’t know that stuff out there — No. 1 stuff. Maybe if they watched the first half I wouldn’t be No. 1 anymore then.”
