Social Slant: Auburn Twitter reacts to Auburn landing 4-star DB Jalewis Solomon
Four-star cornerback Jalewis Solomon has committed to Auburn football.
Solomon, who is from Schley County in Ellaville, Ga., announced his decision Saturday on social media. He chose the Tigers over South Carolina and Florida State, among others.
Solomon’s decision comes one week after a visit to Auburn for the Tigers’ Big Cat recruiting event.
The decision came somewhat out of the blue. South Carolina had the momentum going into decision day. Auburn swooped in and made it happen.
