Thursday availability report: Bryce Deas officially ruled out

Auburn football will be without freshman linebacker Bryce Deas for its upcoming game against Missouri, according to Thursday’s SEC’s Student Athlete Availability report.
He had previously been listed as doubtful.
Deas will be one of three Auburn players not suiting up Saturday, along with running back Durell Robinson and wide receiver Horatio Fields. Both Robinson (leg) and Fields (foot) have missed multiple games for the Tigers.
Champ Anthony upgraded
Safety Champ Anthony was upgraded to probable in the Thursday report. Anthony had spent the last several weeks in a cast recovering from surgery to a broken thumb he suffered in the Baylor game.

“He’ll give it a go.”
Tight end still questionable
Brandon Frazier is dealing with lower back issues and a minor ankle injury, although the ankle injury remains the biggest concern according to Freeze.
“I think it’s more the ankle than anything,” Freeze said. “Can he push off and do what you have to do, at tight end, against two big physical defensive ends that we’re playing? Can he, can his ankle really hold up in that?”
He remains questionable for Auburn’s game against Missouri. Kickoff is set for 6:45 p.m. CST.
