If the ESPN matchup predictor is right, it will be a painful fall for Gator Nation. Following two straight losses and facing an extremely challenging schedule ahead the computers have the Florida Gators predicted to win just three of its nine remaining games to finish 4-8. But if one is looking for a silver lining, it’s worth noting ESPN projected one of those victories to come against No. 7 FSU at The Swamp.

In most cases, the predictor percentage has shifted more toward UF’s opponent since the Gators fell to No. 3 LSU last weekend. The exception being Texas [see below], which like Florida hasn’t played great early in the season. The ESPN matchup predictor numbers will shift throughout the season and are impacted by every result but as of Monday it paints a potentially bleak picture for Billy Napier’s Gators.

As for this week, the experts at BetMGM have the Florida Gators as a 7.5-point underdog at Miami.  In the current AP Top 25, the following UF opponents are ranked:

3. LSU
4. Miami
5. Georgia
7. Florida State
8. Texas
10. Texas A&M
13. Ole Miss
15. Tennessee
