Warchant TV: Mike Norvell talks 2024 Florida State Seminoles as booster tour begins
ORLANDO — Florida State head football coach Mike Norvell began his 2024 booster tour on Saturday night just a few miles south of Camping World Stadium, where his team started a 2023 season that led to an ACC championship and New Year’s Six bowl appearance.
Before entertaining the crowd on hand at the Renaissance Hotel ballroom, Norvell fielded questions from local media regarding the transfer class and the offseason progress in the weight room.
Norvell, who inked an enhanced contract extension last month that runs thru 2032 and will average over $10 million a year, will make nine other appearances from Chicago to Miami in the coming months.

Florida State opens the 2024 season in the Aer Lingus College Football classic vs. Georgia Tech on Aug. 24 in Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland.
The Seminoles finished the season 13-1 with an ACC Championship and its first New Year’s Six bowl berth in 7 seasons.
Florida State has added 14 players from the transfer portal and a high school recruiting class that finished 14th in the 2024 cycle. The Seminoles also have a verbal commitment from Ivy League standout Jacob Rizy of Harvard; he is anticipated to enroll in the summer.
