The hay is in the barn for Georgia as they prepare for a top 10 matchup in Athens on Saturday against Ole Miss.

Georgia released their gameday trailer on Friday night. The theme this week is ‘cut it loose’.

“I get to cut it loose because I earned it.” Georgia head coach Kirby Smart said in the background as a montage of Georgia’s games of this season played in the foreground. A clip of the controversial fumble last week at Auburn was featured as well.

Coincidentally, Georgia quarterback Gunner Stockton spoke about cutting it loose this week during his media availability on Monday.

“I think I just need to cut loose sometimes and just play ball at the end of the day,” Stockton said of avoiding potential mistakes on Monday. “The Lord’s kind of blessed me with some. Might have should have been some picks earlier in the season. But I’m excited, I go out there and play every day.”

Ole Miss’s offense has Smart’s attention. The Rebels have the second ranked passing offense per yards in the SEC. They have the fifth-best rushing attack in the SEC.

Ferris State transfer quarterback Trinidad Chambliss is a key factor for Ole Miss’ offense.

“He’s explosive,” Smart told reporters on Monday. “He is quick and he’s fast. He’s tough and has a great lower body. Great instincts. There’s a difference in being a fast guy and being a runner. He’s patient behind blocks, quick when he needs to be. Some guys can only run perimeter runs well. Some can only run internal well. He runs both. He does a great job in the draw game, sets up blocks, and he’s a good passer.”

Smart hopes to have some help creating some confusion for Ole Miss’ offense. He challenged fans to create an electric atmosphere on Saturday. Sanford Stadium will be ‘striped’ in as fans will wear combinations of red, white, and black on Saturday.

“We need the best atmosphere we’ve ever had in Sanford Stadium,” Smart told reporters on Monday.
