STARKVILLE, Miss. — No. 5 Georgia is on the road for Week 11. It’s the Bulldogs’ third and final true road game of the 2025 season, and they’re taking on Mississippi State. The Maroon Bulldogs won their first SEC game in two years last time out, and they’ve been scrappy (and then some) in big games this year. DawgsHQ has boots on the ground in Starkville and below, we deliver a look at the depth chart as it appears on the game’s flip card.

Quarterback

  1. Gunner Stockton
  2. Ryan Puglisi
  3. Ryan Montgomery
  4. Colter Ginn OR Hezekiah Millender

Running Back

  1. Nate Frazier
  2. Chauncey Bowens
  3. Dwight Phillips
  4. Cash Jones

Wide Receiver – X

  1. Colbie Young or Noah Thomas
  2. CJ Wiley
  3. Thomas Blackshear

*** Thomas will be the guy at this position as Young is out for the rest of the season. After going into the Ole Miss game as Georgia’s leading receiver, Young sustained a broken bone in his lower leg. Thomas got the start against Florida last week.

Wide Receiver – Z

  1. Dillon Bell or London Humphreys
  2. Landon Roldan
  3. Jeremy Bell

Receiver – Slot

  1. Zachariah Branch
  2. Sacovie White-Helton
  3. Tyler Williams

Tight End

  1. Oscar Delp
  2. Lawson Luckie
  3. Jaden Reddell

*** While he isn’t on the depth chart, Elyiss Williams, a freshman, has been playing meaningful snaps for Georgia. He had a catch on the opening possession against Florida and has been targeted in each of the past four games.

Left Tackle

  1. Monroe Freeling
  2. Bo Hughley
  3. Jahzare Jackson

Left Guard

  1. Micah Morris
  2. Daniel Calhoun
  3. Dontrell Glover

Center

  1. Drew Bobo
  2. Cortez Smith

Right Guard

  1. Juan Gaston
  2. Michael Uini OR Jamal Meriweather

*** Dontrell Glover has started the past six games at right guard. Glover has also rotated in at left guard. Gaston, who serves as Georgia’s sixth man, has played both right tackle and right tackle in recent weeks.

Right Tackle

  1. Earnest Greene III
  2. Bo Hughley
  3. Juan Gaston

*** Greene missed most of the first half of the season with a back injury. He has started the past two games at right tackle. Georgia has used a rotation at that spot with Gaston spelling Greene at times. This is the first time all year that Gaston has appeared on the depth chart at either tackle position.

Georgia defense

Defensive end

  1. Gabe Harris or Joseph Jonah-Ajonje
  2. JJ Hanne
  3. Justin Greene

Defensive line

  1. Christen Miller
  2. Xavier McLeod
  3. Josh Horton

Defensive line

  1. Jordan Hall
  2. Elijah Griffin
  3. Nnamdi Ogboko

*** Hall will not play in this game. He suffered a knee injury in Georgia’s win over Florida last week and is likely done for the season. No official word has been handed down just yet.

OLB

  1. Quintavius Johnson
  2. Elo Modozie OR Kris Jones
  3. Isaiah Gibson

*** Gibson is normally accompanied by Darren Ikinnagbon and Chase Linton on the depth chart. Ikinnagbon has traveled with Georgia each of its past two times on the road while Gibson and Linton have not.

ILB

  1. CJ Allen
  2. Justin Williams
  3. Terrell Foster

ILB

  1. Raylen Wilson
  2. Chris Cole
  3. Terrell Foster

Left Cornerback

  1. Daniel Harris or Ellis Robinson IV
  2. Jontae Gilbert

*** Harris hasn’t played a defensive snap since week three at Tennessee. Georgia has rolled with Robinson or Demello Jones at this position since.

Right Cornerback

  1. Daylen Everette
  2. Demello Jones
  3. Dominick Kelly

*** Jones is the lone Bulldog questionable for this game. He sustained an elbow injury in the win over Florida. The final availability report comes out 90 minutes before kickoff. There’s a good chance that Georgia lists him as a game-time decision.

Strong Safety

  1. KJ Bolden
  2. JaCorey Thomas
  3. Zion Branch

*** Bolden was ejected in the Florida game for targeting. Since that ejection took place in the first half, he will be available for Georgia the whole way against Mississippi State.

Free Safety

  1. Kyron Jones or Adrian Mattox

*** Jones has missed the past two games with a foot injury. He’ll be out again this week. Georgia has used Thomas to fill his spot but with Branch stepping in for Bolden against Florida and playing well, he could also see some action in this game.

Star

  1. Joenel Aguero
  2. Jaden Harris
  3. Rasean Dinkins

Punter

  1. Brett Thorson
  2. Drew Miller
