Colonia (NJ) 2026 four-star wing Aiden Derkack landed an offer from the Indiana basketball program following the second live period in June.

Indiana assistant coach Rod Clark saw Derkack play this weekend.

Derkack is the No. 84 player in the On3 Industry Rankings and the No. 24 shooting guard in the 2026 class.

Playing for Team Final on the Nike EYBL circuit, the 6-foot-5 wing is averaging 13.6 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.2 assists a game while shooting 50.9 percent from the floor and 67.2 percent on 2s.

A standout at the Pangos All-American Camp, Derkack averaged 18.8 points and had a 22-point outing and 26-point game.

“Aiden Derkack is a jack-of-all-trades type of wing. Someone who puts their fingerprints on many aspects of an outcome,” On3 National Basketball Recruiting Analyst Jamie Shaw said last month. “For starters, the 6-foot-6 wing plays hard and has a natural feel. He is comfortable attacking from the wing, getting teammates involved, and also defending multiple positions. He will need to work on his shooting consistency, but he limits turnovers and puts the ball in advantageous situations.”

Derkack holds offers from Villanova, Miami, Rutgers, Maryland, Oklahoma State, Creighton, Xavier and others.

Derkack’s brother, Jordan, played at Merrimack to begin his career before transferring to Rutgers. His dad, Gene, played at Florida International in the late 1990s.

For Colonia last year, Derkack averaged 24.7 points, 8.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists a game.
