Indiana football was tested to the max over the weekend by a talented, yet struggling, Penn State team. After building a lead of as many as 13 points in the third quarter, the Hoosiers saw that advantage slip away late in the fourth. With the game on the line, quarterback Fernando Mendoza led a heroic final-minute drive that resulted in a miraculous game-winning touchdown to Omar Cooper Jr., completing a dramatic comeback. Despite the messy nature of the win, Indiana reached the 10-win mark for just the second time in program history — and the second consecutive season under head coach Curt Cignetti. Here are my final thoughts from the Hoosiers' dramatic road win over the Nittany Lions.
