Multiple Indiana basketball targets are standouts at Pangos All-American Camp

The Pangos All-American camp is one of the most exclusive summer events for a high school basketball prospect and a few notable Indiana basketball targets took part in the near week-long camp.
Indiana targets included 2026 top-40 prospect Bryson Howard, 2026 four-star guard Sammy Jackson, 2026 four-star center Collins Onyejiaka and 2027 top-45 guard Jason Gardner Jr.
The camp consisted of skill training, development and also numerous games.
The event wrapped up on Tuesday afternoon with all four Indiana targets participating in the Top 30 “Cream of the Crop” game.
For the event, Bryson Howard stood out the most finishing with an average of 15.4 points on 50 percent from the field (31-of-62) and 33 percent from three (10-of-30) across five games. He had 19 points on 9-of-12 shooting and 1-of-3 from three in the Top 30 matchup.
Howard earned a scholarship offer from Indiana last week after being one of the standout performer through the first three sessions on the Nike EYBL Circuit. He is averaging 20.9 points and 5.6 rebounds a game for Pro Sills and shooting 45.5 percent (25-of-55) from three and 53.8 percent from the field. He has three 30+ point games so far this spring.
“The lefty is an opportunistic offensive player. He switches ends of the floor very quickly, filling the lanes with a purpose, and attacking straight at the front of the rim,” On3 National Basketball Recruiting Analyst Jamie Shaw wrote this week. “While Howard does not have the most advanced handle, he has a keen understanding of footwork and balance points. A lot of his offense comes within three dribbles, and he is able to create space in his area using step-backs and the threat of his quick first step.
“Watching Howard play, he has a mature game. He is vocal, there are not many wasted movements, and he is able to consistently put his team into advantageous situations. While the wing is still somewhat new to the national scene, the scalability of his game is very intriguing as he continues to move forward.”

He has been one of the biggest national risers over the last month.
Along with Howard was a standout performance from 2027 guard Jason Gardner Jr in the Top 30 game. He had 14 points on 5-of-7 shooting and 2-of-2 from three. While his scoring was on display on Tuesday, it was his passing and facilitating that stood out all week. He averaged 5.8 assists in five games — with one 10 assist and two seven assist games. He averaged just 1.2 turnover a game — good for an outstanding 4.83 assist-to-turnover ratio.
Sammy Jackson — who has an official visit scheduled to Indiana in the coming weeks — averaged 10.8 points in six games with an effective 52.1 percent shooting (25-of-48) and 36.7 percent from three (11-of-30).
At 6-foot-7, Jackson has the ability to be a primary distributor for a team and showcased his skillset as a passer this week. He had a team-high five assists and zero turnovers in the Top 30 game. He had two other games this week without a turnover as well.
Jackson helped lead his team to a championship during the team section of games.
Collins Onyejiaka, who is still a bit raw offensively, stood out in other ways — but wasn’t a dominating presence scoring the ball. At this point, his game is much more defensive-oriented and limited a bit to scoring right around the rim.
Howard and Gardner Jr have been two of the most impressive Indiana basketball targets this spring and continued that play this week.
