What we’re hearing on Kansas State (in terms of inside intel) is relegated to our message board at KSO but still spills out the best information on the Wildcats in the market, both from a team and K-State recruiting standpoint.

It is also brought to you by Aer Lingus – which have the travel packages for you if you want to see Kansas State take on Iowa State in Ireland in 2025. Make sure to visit Cats2Ireland.com today and check out the opportunities.

Some freshmen made it to the K-State campus in January, along with other newcomers. Some didn’t arrive until June due to completing high school of course. Everyone is now in Manhattan. Some were seen helping out at camps.

Who has looked the most to part and which ones have left a strong impression in terms of how they have approached their business since arriving?

Everyone knows the Locketts are a staple at K-State. Many have already left a mark, especially Kevin Lockett, Aaron Lockett and Tyler Lockett. Tyler is obviously the son of Kevin, as is current Kansas State receiver Sterling Lockett.

But Tyler has two other younger brothers (twins) coming up the high school ranks as well, and both Jacob Lockett and Jordan Lockett recently competed at a camp in an attempt to improve but also warrant an offer from the Wildcats.

We share what we saw from the two younger Locketts.

I have recently put in predictions for K-State to land three more prospects in the Class of 2026. I’m close on a fourth. A hoard of other visitors will also be in town this weekend. Which four-star prospects are trending towards Kansas State?
