@CodyDanielKSR

  An article featured on DimeMag.com touched on the top 15 colleges that produce the best NBA players (http://dimemag.com/2013/12/15-colleges-produce-best-nba-players/). Of course some familiar names topped the list with North Carolina, Duke, Kentucky, and Kansas. UNC produced the James Worthy and the GOAT (Greatest of all Time), Michael Jordan. UCLA featured Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Bill Walton, and Reggie Miller. Kansas is known for putting big men in the league including their most notable, Wilt Chamberlain as well as Clyde Lovellette. Georgetown had Alonzo Mourning, Dikembe Mutombo, and Allen Iverson. Yes, all of those guys are a huge part of basketball history, but that’s just it, history. Basketball is in a completely new era and with none of those guys taking the court night after night anymore. So, who are the 15 best colleges producing NBA players in the modern era? ant davis   Who would have guessed Kentucky would have come in at the top spot? Since John Calipari has taken over as the Head Coach for Kentucky, he has turned Lexington into a hotbed for NBA prospects as he has sent out swarms of players into the NBA Draft each year. With the way things are going at this rate, Coach Cal is looking to have another 10 plus kids in the league within the next two years as well.     @CodyDanielKSR
