There is still no timeline for a college debut when it comes to Aaron Bradshaw, but the feeling is that moment could happen in the near future. The 7-foot-1 freshman center added some fuel to the fire through social media on Tuesday night.

Bradshaw posted a photo to his Instagram Story with the caption “God is great man” while standing in the middle of fellow seven-footers, Zvonimir Ivisic (standing to his right) and Ugonna Onyenso (crouching to his left) on the Kentucky bench. Bradshaw is no stranger to posting pictures of himself and his teammates on social media with similar captions, but as speculation surrounding his impending debut continues to grow, this post feels more notable than usual.

For those out of the loop, Bradshaw, who was a five-star recruit out of high school and came to Kentucky alongside longtime teammate DJ Wagner, has yet to play for the Wildcats five games into the regular season. He suffered a broken foot back in the spring, underwent surgery in June, and has been recovering ever since.

Like Bradshaw, Ivisic (7-foot-2 freshman) and Onyenso (7-foot sophomore) have also yet to play this season. Ivisic is still waiting for eligibility clearance from the NCAA while Onyenso suffered a foot injury of his own during Kentucky’s trip to Canada over the summer. Head coach John Calipari has said previously that Bradshaw is two weeks ahead of Onyenso in terms of recovery.

During Media Day last month, Bradshaw was adamant that he intends to suit up and play this season for UK. Could that time be coming up soon? He’ll need to return to practice first before any momentum toward playing in an actual game begins to pick up steam. KSR’s Jack Pilgrim reported on Tuesday night that Bradshaw will return to practice on Wednesday.

Kentucky will play next on Friday, Nov. 24 when they host Marshall at 7:00 p.m. EST on the SEC Network.
