Untitled Alex Poythress met with the media today after helping out with the John Calipari Pro Camp, and had some encouraging things to say about next year's squad. Alex said he, Tyler Ulis, and Devin Booker played pick-up with the current team over the weekend, and he was really impressed by Malik Monk...and Isaac Humphries.  "Malik stood out to me. He's real athletic and gets it offensively and stuff like that," Alex said. "Isaac stepped up too. Isaac looks like he's gotten a lot better." After four years in Lexington, Alex knows a good team when he sees it, and he seemed confident that, with Isaiah Briscoe's leadership, this group can be great. "They're pretty good. Me, Tyler, and Devin played pickup with them the other day. They looked real good, real athletic at positions. Isaiah can really bring some leadership so he knows how to handle is his troops, they'll be fine." We know Malik's a freak, but Alex's praise for Isaac is especially encouraging, and echoes a lot of what we've been hearing out of Lexington. The opportunity is there for Isaac this season if he wants it. Back to Malik. Chances he broke out any of these moves on the "old guys" this weekend? https://youtu.be/pD-QLG8Jq50
