In a double-overtime win over the Chicago Bulls, Boogie recorded 44 points, 24 rebounds (WTF?!), 10 assists, and four steals. It's one of the most impressive box scores I've ever seen and with good reason. Cousins is the first player since Kareem Abdul-Jabaar in 1972 to record at least 40 points, 20 rebounds, and 10 assists (per Elias Sports Bureau). Cousins' stat line wasn't even the craziest thing about the game. The New Orleans Pelicans had to churn out a 23-4 run in the last five minutes of regulation just to get the game to overtime. Anthony Davis, not to be outdone, also had an incredible - yet, less impressive - stat line of 34 points, nine rebounds, and five assists on 60.9 percent shooting from the field. It was another close game for the Pelicans (this was their third overtime game in their last five), but now winners of five of their last six, the Pelicans are sitting in the sixth spot out West at 25-21. This isn't going to be a short recap, folks. Skal Labissiere deserves some credit as he put up a season-high 23 points in 29 minutes on Monday. Labissiere is averaging 11 points and 6.7 rebounds since the start of the new year while playing over 24 minutes per game and shooting 49.4 percent from the field. The Kings season has been lost since opening day, but now it's so officially far gone that Labissiere is going to get all the minutes he wants and he's taking advantage of that thus far. Invest in Jamal Murray stock as soon as possible. Murray poured in a career-high 38 points and the game-sealing three-point play against the Portland Trail Blazers. Murray shot an insane 14-19 from the field including 4-6 from deep to go along with five rebounds and six assists. The Denver Nuggets had been reeling before their Monday night win, losing six of their last eight games in what is a tight race for the last four playoff spots in the West. The Nuggets now sit just one game behind the Trail Blazers for the seventh spot. Check out the rest of the stats below. Statistics [table id=100 /] Highlights Please enjoy these career games in all their beautiful glory. Tonight in the NBA 7:00: Kings (Cauley-Stein, Labissiere, Fox) @ Magic 8:00: Nets @ Thunder (Patterson, Johnson) 8:00 (TNT): Cavaliers @ Spurs 10:30: Knicks (Kanter) @ Warriors 10:30 (TNT): Celtics @ Lakers (Randle) Player to watch Tonight's player to watch is De'Aaron Fox. While normally I would go with the nationally televised game (which would be Julius Randle and the Lakers), Fox deserves some well-earned recognition. Since returning from an injury on Jan. 2 that sidelined him for nearly two weeks, Fox is averaging 13.6 points and 6.2 assists per game. He has completely taken over the starting point guard duties from 31-year old veteran George Hill and it doesn't look like he'll be giving them back anytime soon (especially since Hill is apparently on the trade block). The Sacramento Kings may be one of the worst - if not the worst - team in the NBA, but they truly are an exciting and fun team to watch play. With Fox's blazing speed, Willie Cauley-Stein's impressive third-year leap, and Skal Labissiere starting to piece things together for himself since the start of the new year, there is plenty to like from a BBN perspective.
