Blue can now get in for Kentucky vs. Louisville WBB at the KFC Yum! Center

Big Blue Nation, tickets are on sale for No. 24 Kentucky vs. No. 20 Louisville women’s basketball at the KFC Yum! Center [Ticketmaster link].
On November 22nd at 2 p.m. ET, Kentucky will look to get another win over the Cardinals after coming out on top in a 71-61 overtime battle a year ago. Georgia Amoore led the Cats in scoring that game, putting up 19 points on the night. She also dished out nine assists in the win.
Current Cats Teonni Key and Amelia Hassett had huge games as well. Key had 17 points, nine rebounds and five blocks, while Hassett tallied nine points and 13 rebounds along the way.
That also led to an all-timer of a Rapid Reaction where we may or may not have threw up the L’s down (and yelled about how Louisville sucks) in front of some of Louisville’s assistants trying to exit the venue.
This year, Kentucky doesn’t have Amoore to lead the team, obviously, but Kenny Brooks did reel in one of the best point guards in the portal, Tonie Morgan, to be her replacement. Each of the triplets — Key, Hassett and Clara Strack — are all back to hopefully, lead the Cats to a victory on November 22nd.

Louisville will be Kentucky’s first real test of the season, despite road games at Buffalo and Marshall and a home game against Purdue. Barring an upset, Kentucky should be undefeated when they take the near 75-mile trip to the Yum! Center.
As for the Cardinals, they’ll be tested immediately by the best of the best — No. 1 UConn, who is fresh off of winning a National Championship, on November 4th.
It should be one heck of a battle when Kentucky and Louisville square off yet again. It’s time for Big Blue Nation to invade the Yum! Center.
