Bourbon and Beyond will include amusement park experience at Kentucky Kingdom

I do not believe Chang is making a return to Kentucky Kingdom any time soon but the amusement park will rock hard for maybe the first time since that famous roller coaster made its debuted in April 1997. Bourbon & Beyond is adding to its expansive weekend in 2025.
Kentucky Kingdom will be a part of the event this fall.
“Your festival pass now includes FREE exclusive access to 18 fan-favorite rides inside Kentucky Kingdom—exclusively for B&B passholders (no public access),” the festival wrote on social media on Wednesday.
“This isn’t just The World’s Largest Bourbon, Food & Music Festival—it’s a reimagined experience from top to bottom. Get ready to explore, ride, relax, and raise a glass. More details to cheers to are coming soon!”
Ride hours at Kentucky Kingdom will run from 2-9 p.m. daily with the ferris wheel running until 10 p.m. all weekend. Inside the park, there will be shaded picnic areas and dining with air conditioning. Hurricane Bay waterpark will not be open during the event. These are not the only changes.

General admission will include new turf zones and main stage areas. There are tree-shaded spots throughout the grounds and a second main entrance added for easier entry. The VIP experience includes a brand-new 3-story shaded viewing platform for both main stages, expanded footprint and upgraded lounge zones, and added 70×70 shade structure for max comfort.
The popular event is getting bigger in 2025 at the Louisville Fair and Expo Center. Weekend passes for general admission and single-day tickets are available right now. The event will take place the same weekend that Kentucky hosts Eastern Michigan at Kroger Field in Week 3.
Bourbon and Beyond Lineup
The Bourbon and Beyond concert festival will take place from Sept. 11-14. This is the lineup for this year’s event.

Phish, Sturgill Simpson, and The Lumineers should sell some tickets.
