The NBA announced on Tuesday evening that 69 players are set to attend the Microsoft Surface NBA Draft Combine from June 21-27.

Both Brandon Boston Jr. and Isaiah Jackson make the list and will attend the event at the Wintrust Arena and the Mariott Marquis in Chicago.

After a disappointing season in Lexington, both Boston and Jackson are on the road to their dreams as each chases a roster spot in the NBA. This was the first big step forward for each.

Jackson showed up mocked at No. 12 to the San Antonio Spurs in the most recent ESPN mock done by Jonathan Givony after averaging 8.4 points and 6.6 rebounds in 20.8 minutes per game last season. Givony believes in the upside of the five-man.

“One of the most explosive players in the draft, Jackson is an elite shot-blocker who dropped strong glimpses of offensive potential, which gives him significant upside,” writes Givony.

Boston finished the season as Kentucky’s leading scorer (11.5) but only shot 35.5 percent from the field. Despite the inefficiency, the one-and-done perimeter player was mocked in the second round to the Oklahoma City Thunder at No. 35 overall. There is still some upside in the 6-foot-7 swing player from Metro Atlanta.

Davion Mintz did not make the combine list. The veteran guard and former Creighton Blue Jay has not decided on his plans for next season yet. Kentucky still seems willing to get him back on the squad for the 2021-22 season.

Elsewhere, Jalen Green, Daishen Nix, and Isaiah Todd were invited to the event after playing for the NBA G League Ignite. Meanwhile, the SEC had 11 players invited. Former Kentucky Wildcat Johnny Juzang also made the cut.

The event will be broadcasted on ESPN2 and ESPN U on both June 24 and 25 to provide coverage of the five-on-five scrimmage games.
