The five-star power forward out of the class of 2022 was at one point considered a Kentucky-lean, but sources recently told KSR that the two sides have not spoken since July. Huntley-Hatfield, who is considered the No. 6 recruit in his class according to 247 Sports, is now down to Auburn, Georgia, Tennessee, Kansas, Virginia Tech, Lousiville, Ole Miss, and Wake Forest. https://twitter.com/TiptonEdits/status/1299391305815142401 Huntley-Hatfield is the cousin of former Kentucky player Alex Poythress and at one point referred to the 'Cats as his dream school. The 6-foot-9 big man initially tweeted on Tuesday that he was trimming his list down to just six schools, but ultimately decided to add another two. Even still, Kentucky did not make the cut. Within the last three days, four different Crystal Ball predictions have been logged on 247 Sports for Huntley-Hatfield with all four analysts expecting his choice to be the Ole Miss Rebels.
