Bruiser Flint "not sure" if CJ Fredrick will play against Robert Morris

CJ Fredrick’s status for Friday’s game against Robert Morris is still up in the air.
Kentucky assistant coach Bruiser Flint spoke with the media on Thursday morning ahead of tomorrow’s matchup with the Colonials, addressing Fredrick’s leg injury. When asked if he thought the sharpshooting Iowa transfer would play on Friday, Flint said he was “not sure”.
“I’m not sure,” Flint said about Fredrick’s status for Friday. “He’s still doing some things to get ready. But I’m not sure, to be honest with you. I guess we’ll see today at practice.”

Fredrick was made available to play during Kentucky’s 79-71 loss to Duke on Tuesday, but he did not see the floor. The 6-foot-3 redshirt junior only started practicing with the rest of the team over the weekend, head coach John Calipari said last week.
Flint added that the team has not gone through a full practice since returning from New York City around 5 a.m. on Wednesday morning. Everyone will get back to work on Thursday and Friday. Kentucky will face Robert Morris inside of Rupp Arena Friday night at 7:00 p.m. EST on the SEC Network.
