Rice Has Had An Outstanding Senior Season

Cartier Rice was elevated to a three star recruit yesterday by rivals.com. The star cornerback flourished his senior season as he was dominant in pass coverage which eventually lead to the bump in ranking. Yet ANOTHER under the radar steal that Joker Phillips was able to grab before he was noticed by the big fella's.
That now makes
seven three star commitments for the Cats for the 2008 class according to rivals.
