One of Kentucky’s finest will open Kroger Field as a concert venue. Chris Stapleton is headlining a concert that will take place Saturday, April 25, 2020 at the home of the Kentucky football team.
Stapleton will be joined by Willie Nelson, Sheryl Crow, and Yola as supporting acts.
Born in Lexington and raised in Johnson County, Stapleton’s career as a successful country music songwriter got his foot in the door. After a successful stint as the lead of The SteelDrivers, Stapleton released his debut album Traveller in 2015. Since then, nothing was the same.
The five-time Grammy winner will fill the house at The Kroge. You can get your tickets to see Stapleton beginning on October 11 at 10 a.m. on Live Nation. Until then, enjoy his best work.
