I just spoke with Clark Stepp's father, the President of Alice Lloyd College, who confirmed that the June Buchanan star will be
visiting Rupp Arena as a guest for the UK-Florida game. Stepp is being recruited by UK at this point and they have invited him for the Senior Day festivities. Mr. Stepp said that Clark is being recruited by a number of smaller schools and that recently Kentucky, Tennessee and Air Force have all been in contact looking into the services of Clark. Stepp will be at the game on Sunday and we will let you know how the visit goes.
This will be an interesting development to watch. The lefty from the mountains is a dead-eye shooter who has put up unbelievable point totals during his high school career. The main worry for the next level is about his quickness and defense, but there is no doubt that he can put the ball in the basket in high amounts. It will be interesting to see how this recruitment develops in the coming weeks.
