The BBN hoped Harris would be making plays in the SEC Championship one day, just for a different school. The Madison Southern alum has spent his freshman year as Alabama's #3 running back, behind Heisman front-runner Derrick Henry.
He has only received carries sparingly (45 carries for 155 yards and 1 TD on the season), but he's still been able to make an impact for the Tide on Special Teams. He's been one of the kick returners since early October, but today's big play came on the punt return team. Keith Holcombe and
Harris broke the barrier as a pass rusher and helped block a Florida punt out of the end zone for a safety, the first points of the game.
It's great to see the Kentucky kid succeed. Tune in to CBS to see if he has anymore tricks up his sleeve.
