Kentucky issues offer to local 2024 prospect Demeco Kennedy

Tuesday was a busy day for the Kentucky football programs as Mark Stoops and his program hosted numerous high school football players from all around the region. However, some local high schools took centerstage.
Lexington (Ky.) Bryan Station and Lexington (Ky.) Frederick Douglass were two local high schools that had multiple players participating. Meanwhile, Danville (Ky.) Boyle County also had a handful of players camping. That gave some in-state products a great opportunity to impress members of the Kentucky football coaching staff.
Interior offensive lineman Demeco Kennedy made a significant splash.
The 6-foot-2, 270-pound lineman is currently unranked in the On3 Consensus, but the 2024 prospect is starting to garner some Power Five interest. After receiving offers from both Illinois and Louisville, the Wildcats decided to jump into the ring.

Now, Douglass has Demeco Kennedy is emerging as a recruit.
The center/guard prospect more than held is on his pass sets at camp and will be a player to monitor as Kentucky starts to build its recruiting board for the class of 2024. Once again, Frederick Douglass will be a consistent stop on the trail for the Wildcats.
