Stoops proclaimed Barker the starter after today's game.  Even though he's been pushed by Stephen Johnson throughout the Spring, he's continued to fight back.  That was evident during today's scrimmage. "It was really good to see Drew bounce back after the interception," Stoops said.  Barker responded with an impressive two-minute drive that ended with a 19-yard touchdown pass to C.J. Conrad.  He finished the day 12-18 for 156 yards, a touchdown and an interception.
