The list, ranks players who have not yet played more than a certain amount of time in the Major Leagues. The honor is large and is one that does bode well for a possible future career as a big leaguer. White was drafted with the #17 overall pick of the 2017 MLB Draft by the Seattle Mariners. That selection was the second-highest a player had gone in program history. https://twitter.com/MLBPipeline/status/1117265133812641792 During his three year career in Lexington, he hit for an average of .356 which ranks 5th in program history. Since joining the Mariners organization, he has hit for an average of .298 with 14 home runs and 80 RBIs. Although he is currently dealing with an injury, he started this season with the Arkansas Travelers (AA). If he can continue to improve upon his average, it would not be shocking to see the almost 23 year old rise up to the AAA level by the end of the season. Barring injury or other major change, he is expected to make his Major League debut at some point next season.
