Gillispie going to take it to trial?
After a few rumors of a plea deal two weeks ago, it appears that Billy Gillispie is going to battle his DUI in an Anderson County Courthouse....maybe. A trial date of February 10 was set this morning by Judge Linda Armstrong, but Gillispie's attorney did get another final preliminary hearing on November 2 so Clyde can have some more time to review the plea offer.
Let it be known. Even off the court, Billy Gillispie will try to out-tough and out-stubborn you.
