HALF: Kentucky trails Mississippi State 35-30

It’s halftime in Starkville and Kentucky trails Mississippi State 35-30. In the first 20 minutes, we’ve seen good things and bad things.

Devin Askew leads the Cats with seven points and two assists, followed by Olivier Sarr with five points, five rebounds, and four blocks. BJ Boston continues to struggle offensively, going 1-7 from the floor for four points. Kentucky is 12-30 (40%) from the floor, 4-8 (50%) from three. With Terrence Clarke out (ankle), Dontaie Allen has played eight minutes, hitting a three with 1:34 left.

Again, good things and bad. Here’s the box score.
