John Calipari filled the last remaining spot on his basketball staff at Kentucky Friday when the school named former Auburn coach
Tony Barbee as special assistant to the head coach.
But interestingly, on the
Jalen and Jacoby podcast July 25, ESPN analyst and former NBA player
Jalen Rose would neither confirm nor deny rumors that he was contacted by Kentucky to fill one of those vacancies.
"There are a few college coaches that I would consider working for," Rose said. "John Calipari is one of them."
