Kentucky landed its third recruiting win on Tuesday at wide receiver when Bogart (Ga.) North Oconee star Dallas Dickerson picked the Cats over Georgia Tech and Oklahoma. However, the Cats saw the Yellow Jackets take a commitment from another target.

Plantation (Fla.) American Heritage wideout Jeffar Jean-Noel ended his recruitment with a commitment to the Yellow Jackets.

The three-star prospect is the No. 849 overall player in the 2026 On3 Industry Ranking and the No. 111 prospect in the Sunshine State. Jeffar Jean-Noel is high school teammates with Texas commit and Elite 11 MVP Dia Bell. The former West Virginia commit took official visits to Purdue, Georgia Tech, Pittsburgh, Kentucky, and UCF. Jean-Noel joins Rome (Ga.) High safety Darnell Collins and Manchester (Ga.) High cornerback Jaedyn Terry as Kentucky targets who have committed to the Yellow Jackets. Dallas (Ga.) Paulding County offensive lineman Tyreek Jemison is set to make his decision on Friday. Kentucky and Georgia Tech are both finalists. These two programs have met frequently on the recruiting trail this cycle.

Kentucky has three wide receivers in the 2026 class but could be looking to add another player at the position. Orlando (Fla.) Jones standout Larry Miles now stands out as a top prospect following Jeffar Jean-Noel’s commitment to Georgia Tech.
