Josh Allen crashed Kentucky's Gator Bowl press conference

With Kentucky playing in Jacksonville, you knew Josh Allen would find some time to hang out with his old coaches and teammates. This morning, the former Cat turned Jaguars star crashed the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl press conference to say hello to the Kentucky media as well.
“What’s up, everybody?” Allen said, popping on to the Zoom.
“I was going to introduce my free agent,” Stoops said. “This is my free agent we just picked up. He’ll be playing the game tomorrow. You guys may know him.”
Sadly, Allen will not be able to suit up for the Cats tomorrow. He’s been on injured reserve since suffering a knee injury in Jacksonville’s loss to Pittsburgh back on Nov. 22. But, he seemed in great spirits, even giving our own Drew Franklin a shoutout for his appearance on the Titans’ giant end zone fan mural.
“Hey Drew, did I see your face in the Titans’ stadium as one of the cutout fans? Okay, I was looking I was walking around, I was like, hold on, I know that face. I know that face.”
Funnily enough, that picture of Drew at Nissan Stadium was originally taken with Allen after his final season at Kentucky:

This bowl season has seen more opt outs than ever before, and Stoops credited Allen for setting a precedent by playing in the Citrus Bowl even though he was projected to be a top draft pick.

“There’s a guy, Josh, that I owe a great debt of gratitude because Josh really set the precedent at Kentucky. He set the tone, when he decided to play in Orlando a couple years ago for his last game. Went out and only had like three sacks or whatever he did. So, he increased his value on the last day and really played exceptionally well, but he really set the tone for the rest of the seniors and juniors that were coming out that year and the year after and this year, these guys feel the same way. They really want to be here for each other, for their teammates, and that says a lot. It says a lot about our team, our program, and about Josh, but he and I were visiting last night and we’re so proud of him. He’s done a remarkable job. He was telling stories about the Pro Bowl and all those things but yet he keeps on coming back to his last game and his bowl experience, and that kind of says it all right there.
“If you have a team, if you have the unity — and I’m not criticizing anybody. People have their reasons. People do what they have to do. But for us, it’s been a great experience, and when you have a great team bond and unity and you feel an obligation to each other, I don’t want to let these young men down. They don’t want to let me down or their teammates. and I think it’s well worth it. I would never do away with all these bowls.”
Allen is a great ambassador for the program, but Josh Paschal wanted the media to know one thing.
“We were roommates at every bowl game that I had when he was at UK and I would just say he’s the loudest snorer in the world. You’d wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to sleep because he’s snoring so loud. It’s crazy.”
I guess opposing quarterbacks aren’t the only people that have a hard time sleeping because of Josh Allen.
