Justice Served Ice Cold for Oregon Football Player Pharaoh Brown

by:Corey Nichols12/09/13
Note: Not the same Pharaoh. This guy is actually funny. There's a lot going wrong with athletes and responsibility these days, whether its rumors, lack of accountability, or just plain disrespect toward other human beings.  Seems like you can't turn on ESPN without hearing about another "professional" player committing a very unprofessional gaffe.  So every once in a while it's nice to see a situation where justice wins in the end, and irresponsible athletes are held to the same standard as normal people. Enter the University of Oregon.  A few days ago, the campus suffered a pretty decent snow-storm, and certain members of the football team thought they'd take full advantage of it.  No harm there.  However, their way to enjoy the snow?  Trap cars in traffic, force drivers to open the door, and throw snow into the cab by the bucketful.  Then, when the driver (also a professor) gets out to address the crowd, continually pelt him with snowballs.  Sound implausible?  Watch for yourself: Don't watch it if you don't want to get infuriated. However, in some small meting of justice, at least one of those guys had fun at his own expense:   Looks like Brown will get to enjoy that snow a little more, since he won't be making the trip to the Alamo Bowl.
