Kentucky is in the market for wide receiver help in the spring transfer portal market with addition Tru Edwards currently in NCAA eligibility limbo. BYU transfer Keelan Marion emerged as a possible option this week. The Big 12 transfer came off the board on Saturday evening.

Miami has recorded another recruiting win in the portal.

Kentucky offered Keelan Marion a scholarship on Sunday and quickly got a visit scheduled but it does not look like that trip to Lexington ever occurred. The Hurricanes secured a commitment one day after having the wideout transfer on campus for a visit. Arizona State, SMU, and Tennessee were also involved in this free agent recruitment.

The BYU transfer was an All-American kick returner in 2023 while also chipping in 24 receptions for 346 yards. Kentucky will have to find wideout help elsewhere. Tony Johnson (Cincinnati) and Isaiah Spencer (Jackson State) emerged as potential options earlier this week.
