According to Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy, Joseph was absent from part of the franchise’s organized team activities (OTAs) due to being quarantined for 10 days, but he is expected to be back for this coming week’s minicamp.
Joseph spent just one season on the field for Kentucky in 2020 after sitting out the 2019 season due to NCAA transfer rules. He originally came to Lexington following his freshman year stint at LSU. As a Wildcat, Joseph started in nine games before deciding to opt-out the remainder of the regular season, recording 25 tackles, four interceptions, one pass break up, and one tackle for loss in the process.
