Kentucky Baseball going to Round Rock, Texas, for non-conference event

Kentucky Baseball‘s traveling fans can add the Lone Star State to their list of non-conference stops next season because the ‘Cats are going to Texas.
Announced today, Kentucky will travel to Texas in February for the Karbach Round Rock Classic, a three-day, round-robin event during non-conference play. Joining UK in Round Rock, Texas, are Kansas, Washington State, and Texas State, the nearby school. Round Rock is located just outside Austin.

The Karbach Round Rock Classic will be played at Dell Diamond, the home of the Texas Rangers’ triple-A affiliate, Round Rock Express.
UK notes it is the school’s first neutral-site, early-season tournament since the Shriner’s Hospitals College Classic in Houston in 2018.
