Kentucky fan holding "Please Go To Texas" sign escorted out of Rupp Arena

Kentucky’s 71-68 loss to South Carolina is shocking, but an even bigger storyline may be what happened in the stands. Midway through the game, a fan holding a “Please Go To Texas” sign was escorted out of Rupp Arena by one of the members of the Committee of 101.
If you look closely at the pictures, the message seems to be scribbled on the back of a sign with Cason Wallace, CJ Fredrick, Antonio Reeves, Jacob Toppin, and Oscar Tshiebwe’s names on it. The fan appeared to be sitting behind Kentucky’s bench, and in a video by Samantha Valentine of WKYT, you can see coaches and players looking at it.

As you might expect, the picture has been spreading around the internet like wildfire, especially in the closing minutes of South Carolina’s upset.
