The College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta will serve as the host for the 2025 edition of SEC Media Days. Before the talking heads make the trip to the Peach State, the league is sharing which players will attend the event.

Throughout the Mark Stoops era, Kentucky has treated this trip as somewhat of a reward for a player’s dedication to the program. A first-year transfer has never attended the event. If memory serves me correctly, Mike Edwards, Benny Snell, and Deone Walker are the only non-seniors who have attended the event on UK’s behalf.

Mark Stoops is bringing three seniors to Atlanta: tight end Josh Kattus, defensive back Jordan Lovett, and linebacker Alex Afari.

For the second straight year, Kentucky will have to wait until the last day to receive its time in the SEC Media Days spotlight. Mark Stoops will take the podium in the main room at 10:50 AM ET on Thursday, July 17. The SEC Network will most more than 50 hours of programming during the four-day event.

Texas QB Arch Manning will be the biggest draw at the event, but don’t be surprised if Diego Pavia says something to steal the show. Jackson Arnold is making his second SEC Media Days appearance. The Auburn quarterback will accompany Hugh Freeze to Atlanta after representing Oklahoma in Dallas a year ago.
