The game cancellations keep piling up, but there were a few big matchups last week to recap.
The Jefferson County Public Schools Board voted 5-2 in favor of allowing schools to play games starting February 1.
That means #1 Ballard, #4 Male, #10 Fern Creek and #15 Eastern will finally be able to play games.
The Boys’ Sweet 16 will take place at Rupp Arena from March 31 to April 3.
The KHSAA is bringing back the old format of playing both the semifinals and finals on Saturday to avoid having the finals on Easter.
That puts the finals on the same night as the NCAA Final Four.
The Girls’ Sweet 16 will be April 7-10.

Ben Johnson had 29 points, 8 boards and 4 assists, and Jack Gohmann added 10 points and 9 assists to help the Knights cruise past Highlands.
