Kentucky Nearly Sold Out of Football Season Tickets

Looking for Kentucky football season tickets? You’re running out of time.

We are now less than one month away from the start of the 2024 Kentucky football season. The action begins with a night game against Southern Miss at Kroger Field on Aug. 31. You can ensure a spot at the home of the Wildcats for all eight games, but only if you act fast.

The University of Kentucky announced on Thursday that fewer than 500 season tickets are still available for the 2024 season. That means more than 40,200 season tickets have already been sold.

The way things are trending, it looks like this will be the second straight year all Kentucky football season tickets will be sold out. Well done, BBN. Well done.

“We are energized by the Big Blue Nation and thankful to our great fans for their support as we get ready for the upcoming season,” Mitch Barnhart said.  “Coach Stoops and the team love the BBN, the support they give us and the difference they make in Kroger Field. We look forward to Football Time in the Bluegrass.”

Why You Should Get Kentucky Football Season Tickets

I could create a long list of why you should dedicate eight Saturdays of your fall to the Wildcats. From tailgating to Deone Walker sack lunches, an excellent day with the Wildcats awaits.

Setting the sales pitch aside, there’s a practical matter at hand. If you want to watch Kentucky host South Carolina, Georgia, Auburn, and Louisville, season ticket holders might be the only ones who can purchase tickets at face value.

Seats for those highly-anticipated games are in such high demand, single-game tickets may not be released to the general public. If any are still available, they’ll be released to the general public on Friday, Aug. 9 at 9 am EST.

There’s nothing quite like Football Time in the Bluegrass. Hope to see you there this fall.
