Kentucky practices in 76ers facility -- with a full roster

Hello there, Ugonna Onyenso. And DJ Wagner. And Zvonimir Ivisic, Aaron Bradshaw and — well, everybody. As John Calipari promised earlier in the week, the Kentucky Wildcats practiced inside the Philadelphia 76ers’ facilities on Friday.
And they did so with a full squad.
Coach Cal previously noted Onyenso had been “bouncing around, running and jumping” in recent weeks. Now we can see with our own two eyes he’s back on the practice floor working out with the team. He’s joined by Bradshaw, who confirmed Thursday he got through his debut and the practices that followed without any setbacks.

And then take a peek at the sidelines. Wagner, who missed Kentucky’s loss vs. UNCW last weekend, is dressed in full uniform with a basketball in his hands while Ivisic is also in workout gear. No noticeable absences in practice for the Wildcats.
A picture may be worth a thousand words, but it also doesn’t tell the extent of player involvement. A five-on-zero walkthrough is a whole lot different than full-go five-on-five scrimmaging. But it’s a welcomed start nonetheless.
One way or another, Kentucky is inching closer to full strength.
