With today’s win over Arkansas, Kentucky is locked into the No. 3 seed at the SEC Tournament. The Wildcats’ path is becoming clearer as the day goes on.

We’ll have a final bracket in our hands by the end of the night. Until then, we at least know that Kentucky will face the winner of No. 6 seed Vanderbilt and No. 11 Georgia/No. 14 LSU in the second game on Friday night (9 p.m. ET, SEC Network). After that, it’s still a little murky based on the results of the final two games of the day, LSU vs. Florida and Mississippi State vs. Vanderbilt. Really, it just depends on LSU vs. Florida.

Right now, 11 of the 14 seeds are locked in. The No. 8-No. 10 seeds will go to Mississippi State, Florida, and Arkansas, but the order is still to be determined.

A few hypothetical brackets because I’ve been doing this for a month straight so why stop now?

If Florida beats LSU (which is expected)

If LSU somehow beats Florida

So, would you rather have Arkansas or Florida on Kentucky’s side of the bracket? If Florida, cheer for the Gators to lose to LSU. That game just tipped off on SEC Network. If the Gators beat the Tigers, Arkansas will play Auburn Thursday to face No. 2 seed Texas A&M Friday night.
