Kentucky stays at No. 5 in the new AP Poll
The new AP Poll is out and your University of Kentucky Wildcats stayed put at No. 5 in this week’s college basketball rankings.
A week after cracking the top five at fifth, many expected Kentucky to move up to fourth with wins over Vanderbilt and at Alabama, while previous No. 3 UCLA dropped back-to-back games at Arizona and Arizona State. However, Arizona snuck in and jumped Kentucky in the rankings, leaving the Cats where they were in the pecking order among the best in college basketball.

In front of Kentucky in the poll, Auburn is still your No. 1 team in America, followed by Gonzaga only a few points behind, Purdue in UCLA’s old spot, and then Arizona at No. 4.
A new name worth mentioning, our friends at Murray State moved into the Top 25 at No. 24.
