Kentucky takes you behind the scenes of Big Blue Madness -- and John Wall's return to Lexington

What a night it was inside Rupp Arena for Mark Pope’s second Big Blue Madness, headlined by the return of none other than John Wall to do his iconic dance right where it all began 16 years ago. Last year was about Rick Pitino and the ASB GlassFloor, along with all of the legends back in Lexington to get the historic event started off on the right foot to begin the new era. This one had a feel of Pope totally comfortable in his own skin as the leader of the program with everyone letting their hair down a bit more and personalities really shining through.
That included all of the outfits on the Big Blue Carpet and dances during player intros, ranging from TikTok trends with Jasper Johnson and Trent Noah vowing to Never Leave Harlan Alive alongside The Voice winner Jordan Smith. Then we had Collin Chandler catching alley-oops from Wall at the free-throw line and Noah catching fire in the 3-Point Contest before his no-look finish on the turnaround make.

It was a special event with next-level execution across the board, and now, UK Athletics is ready to take you behind the scenes of it all. The Journey hasn’t quite begun, but the video team cooked up quite the appetizer with a 10-minute Big Blue Madness recap, starting with the incredible BBN United Fan Fest and finishing with Noah’s message to fans at the conclusion of the night.
What can BBN expect this season?
“A lot of wins,” Noah said. “A lot of wins from us.”
Enjoy every second of it as we wait for tonight’s Blue-White Game at Historic Memorial Coliseum:
