For the first time in the 2022-23 season, the Kentucky Wildcats will face off against the Auburn Tigers. Bruce Pearl is taking his squad to Lexington for the final Saturday game of the season at Rupp Arena. The buzz will be palpable as Kentucky tries to extend its winning streak to four games.

Kentucky opens as a 1.5-point favorite over Auburn, with a total of 142. The KenPom projection calls for a 72-70 Wildcat win.

Auburn is on a bit of a late-season skid. They’ve lost six of their last nine games entering a final stretch at Kentucky, at Alabama and vs. Tennessee. The Tigers are 13-15 ATS and have failed to cover in four of their last five games.

Meanwhile, Kentucky is trending in the opposite direction. The Wildcats have won and covered the spread in three straight games. Kentucky is the middle of an offensive surge. They have the third-most efficient offense in college basketball over the last ten games, a big reason why the over has hit seven of their last eight.
