Kentucky will take first shot at bowl eligibility on ESPN

We knew the kick-off time at Vanderbilt next week for Kentucky, and now, we know how you’ll be able to watch it — how everyone will be able to watch it, for that matter, now that Disney and Google have gotten their stuff together.

The kick time for Cats and Commodores has been locked in for 3:30 p.m. ET, but the TV designation was up in the air with three potential options: ABC, ESPN or ESPN2. Late last night, the SEC announced UK will push for bowl eligibility on ESPN, a chance to earn a sixth win and get back above .500.

Other games that weekend included Missouri at Oklahoma and Samford at Texas A&M at noon ET on ABC, Charlotte at Georgia at 12:45 p.m. ET on SEC Network, Eastern Illinois at Alabama and Mercer at Auburn at 2 p.m. ET on SECN+, Arkansas at Texas at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC, Coastal Carolina at South Carolina at 4:15 p.m. ET on SEC Network, Tennessee at Florida at 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC and Western Kentucky at LSU at 7:45 p.m. ET on SEC Network.
