If you listened to this morning’s radio show, you heard Matt mention Kliff Kingsbury’s unbuttoned look following Texas A&M’s win over Alabama.  Here is the photo evidence of his postgame Miami nightclub swag and a little bit about who he is…

Kliff Kingsbury

— Played quarterback at Texas Tech; threw for 12,429 yards, 95 touchdowns and 40 interceptions

— Selected in the 6th round of the 2003 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots

— Waived by the Pats after landing on IR, then later signed with the New Orleans Saints, Denver Broncos and New York Jets

— Jets sent him to NFL Europe in 2006 where he posted the top quarterback rating in the history of the Cologne Centurions

— Signed with with the Buffalo Bills but did not play in the regular season

— Spent 2007 in in the CFL

Joined the University of Houston staff in 2008 in position of quality control; drawn to Houston by Dana Holgerson, his receivers coach at Texas Tech

— Promoted to co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach when Holgerson left for West Virginia; quickly gained coach Kevin Sumlin’s trust and began calling all the offensive plays

— Named 2011 Offensive Coordinator of the Year

— Followed Sumlin to Texas A&M after Houston’s record-breaking season in 2011; Houston led the NCAA in almost every offensive category in his final season with the Courgars

— Currently in his first season as offensive coordinator at Texas A&M

— Runs the “Air Raid” offense

— Hates buttons

Kingsbury is an up-and-coming name in the college coaching ranks and could find his way into the discussion at Kentucky soon.

He occasionally goes with the front tuck and he dated Jessica Simpson when she was Daisy Duke. That was the hot Jessica Simpson.
