And that’s a wrap on the 2025 Kentucky high school football regular season! The final pre-playoff games took place over the Halloween weekend, and it’s now officially time to look ahead to the postseason.

The 2025 UK HealthCare Sports Medicine State Football Finals begin on Thursday and Friday, with first-round matchups happening all over the state. As we gear up for some playoff football, we’re taking one final look at the KSR Top 25 rankings following the conclusion of the regular season. There was a notable shake-up in this week’s update, with Christian Academy-Louisville taking over the top spot in the state, jumping Trinity by a single point in the poll.

Additionally, we saw the likes of Owensboro, Atherton, Woodford County, and Pulaski County move up in the rankings, along with Mayfield going from unranked to No. 25. On the flip side, we also had Bell County fall a handful of spots after losing in double-overtime to Pulaski County, 35-34.

Check out the entirety of KSR’s end-of-regular-season Top 25 poll below to see all of this week’s movement. Make sure to scroll all the way down for our updated class-by-class Top 5 rankings. For a full schedule of what’s on tap this Friday for the postseason, click here
