KSR's 2025 Kentucky High School Football Top 25 Rankings: Pre-Championships

The championship stage has been set!

This Friday and Saturday, a dozen of the best high school football teams from all over the Bluegrass will converge on Kroger Field for a shot at claiming one of the state’s six class titles. Several schools will be looking to repeat as champions, while others will be searching for the first in school history. We’ll have three games on Friday, followed by three more on Saturday. All six games have storylines to follow, but a lot of eyes will be on the Class 6A battle between a pair of top-three programs.

Friday, December 5

• Class 1A (Noon ET) | RV Raceland vs. Kentucky Country Day
• Class 2A (4:00 ET) | No. 13 Owensboro Catholic vs. No. 9 Lexington Christian Academy
• Class 4A (8:00 ET) | No. 4 Boyle County vs. No. 5 Franklin County

Saturday, December 6

• Class 3A (Noon ET) | No. 2 Christian Academy-Louisville vs. No. 22 Murray
• Class 6A (4:00 ET) | No. 3 South Warren vs. No. 1 Trinity
• Class 5A (8:00 ET) | No. 10 Pulaski County vs. No. 8 Owensboro
