KSR's 2025 Kentucky High School Football Top 25 Rankings: Preseason

It’s officially game week in the world of Kentucky high school football. Week 1 action begins Friday as the 2025 season gets underway across the state.
As we gear up for another fall of Friday Night Lights, it’s time for KSR’s preseason top 25 poll. 10 voters from across the state will make up this year’s weekly rankings update. The Trinity Shamrocks, which will look to defend its Class 6A championship, enter as the overwhelming choice as the number one team in the Bluegrass. The Boyle County Rebels check in right behind at number two, followed by Ryle, Bowling Green, and Paducah Tilghman, respectively, to round out the top five.
